Release of November Appeal Decisions by the JPO

　For our foreign attorneys who may be interested in reading the results of appeals issued by the JPO, we will begin linking to those decisions when they come out. The JPO provides the outcome of these decisions in both Japanese and English. To access the decisions, go to this page on the JPO website. There is an excel spreadsheet that has English language hyperlinks for all of the decisions issued, and the excel document breaks down what areas the decisions deal with such as issues related to inventive step.
