Mr. Nakamura Lectured at the 2017 Daejeon International IP Conference

On February 17, 2017, Toshio Nakamura, a patent attorney here at Sakamoto and Partners lectured at the recent International IP Conference in Daejeon, South Korea.
 
On the topic of ‘The Current Status of Patent Decisions in Japan, Mr. Nakamura discussed the recent judicial decisions pertaining to patent term extensions, the doctrine of equivalents and‘Product By Process’claims.
 
Following his lecture, Mr. Nakamura participated as a panelist as part of a panel discussion where he responded to various questions from people attending the conference.
